is it possible that god is supporting them even though they (governing body ) lie, because most jw,s are ignorant of the lies told on their behalf, ?.
when i was a jw i got attacked by the demons bigtime, but not now, and i can only assume that they (demons ) are happy that i am no longer a jw and are now leaving me alone, cant think of any other reason, has god ever supported a group who were similarly found wanting ?.

@brokenpromises To attempt to turn the tide of prejudice in or out of JW,s with regard to depression, is never going to be easy. In just raising this topic here, has resulted in thinly veiled attacks on my own credibility, Must be mad, Got issues ect, Its really simlpe Demons exist, they have an agenda, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM DEPPRESSION, pick on a new scapegoat, and dont castigate those who suffer from depression here on this site ,You do yourself a diservice, and its a cheap shot at others who cant defend themselves properley

@leavingwt 1914 is based on 607 BC, which is a based on a lie, IMO circa 1933--1934, 20 years later, when Hitler was installed to create the new 1000 year Reich should be the pivitol date, if using the universal date of 539 bc, Even then this is unprovable, however the criteria for entry into the Kingdom is very real, and the societies insistance for JW,s attaining and maintaning those standards is unquestionable, even though it is not uniformly carried out, and is open to interpretation by various Elder bodys, who may use this procedure to further personel vendettas, and petty grudges, its far from perfect, but offers a degree of protection for all parties concerned.

@ newchapter, I dont think people who belong to {babylon the great } are FRIENDS of the Demons as you suggest, I think they may suffer from demonic influence because of there continued involvment, they are as much victims as any JW would puport to be ?

@leavingjw , The only exhibit A, I can think of is preaching about the Kingdom,making the nesssary adjustments in your personal life to get into that kingdom, helpining you meet those targeted adjustments, and policeing the congregations once those targets have been reached, therebuy helping to ensure a degree of unifomity throughout the Earth in maintaning those standards, and making GODS name known. IMO they do all these things, with the caviate that they dont do it well enough, and can cause a lot of unnesesarry pain, as they seek to create this uniformity, they so desire.

Thankyou for your comments, I was having a bible study, when the event I alluded to took place, those that were with me did not know this and were not witnesses, I stupidly taunted the Spirit/entity, that it would soon be destroyed, those that were with me, 3 others, had,nt a clue what I was talking about, the entity became enraged, and told us how we would all suffer, really nasty stuff, I couldnt believe what i was witnessing, but the others present with me implored me to stop taunting it, which I did, we left and didnt do that again. Anyway to cut a long story short, I went on to baptism, became a Dub, and intermitentley got plagued by the most horrific and savage dreams, sometimes it would make its presence known, though if I were to attempt to articulate or attempt to describe that on this forum, it would in all likelyhood result in scorn and derision, and I can totally understand why, because if I read a post like this I would likewise form the same conclusions. Thats the main difficulty in bringing this issue to the forum, You will be seen as suffering a psychotic episode, or you manifest these phenomena as a result of some sort of fanatic emotional zeal, I dont fall into any of those or other spurious categories, I know what I saw, infact I was a shit witness, I have no hidden agenda, Iam just trying to make sense of why I am no longer targeted, or experience this phenomena. I just wondered if it was at all possible that JW,s as a body warts and all could be being used by god, and if so for what purpose ?
I recognise many other religions report the same thing, but if{ Babylon } is the lurking place of demons, would,nt we expect that ?

I recognise there are many sceptics here, and that is completely understandable, indeed if I had not had firsthand experience of Demonic attack, I would be a massive sceptic also.
I am a rational coherent individual, not taken to flights of fancy, I do not suffer from any underlying mental health issues.Before I became a JW I had dabbled in a very minor way a couple of times, and had one amazing episode,which I relayed in a talk I gave at the KH,unfortunately It freaked a few out, but the point I was making was simple,Satan would not wish to reveal his existence to doubters of him,for to do so, would only increase thier faith in God, stands to reason, if people see that Satan exists, God must also exist.
I can honestly say I was not really scared by this, I recognised this phenomona for what it was, I recognised It was an attempt to create fear and alarm in me, and more importantly in those others who witnessed it, and who were less likely rationalise what they witnessed, In them, it caused geniune fear verging on panic.
I just wondered why these episodes/ attacks ceased when I learned the TRUTH about the truth and left, I wondered why I was no longer a target ?
Is it possible that God is really using THEM, even though the GB is full of liars,and are in no way Inspired as they claim, We here know only to well that the vast majority of JW,s are oblivious to these lies, could God possibly be using those that are ignorant of the lies to accomplish something ? and If so what ? Just thinking aloud

I gather most people who are HERE have never experienced Demons, and to be honest with you you would never want to be confronted with them, I no longer get attacked by them, Im wondering why ? IF it is because Im no longer a JW. Does that mean that JW,s Are sanctioned by god inspite of there lies, I dont Know ? I just dont get Demonic activity anymore, since I left ?
